To create a zooming effects in Macromedia Flash follow the steps given below:

1. Draw an object on the stage.

    

2. Select the object using the Selectiontool      .

3. Go to Modify tab and select Convert to Symbol or simply press F8.

    

4. Name the Symbol, select Graphic option and click Ok.

    

5. On the 20^th frame right click and select Insert Keyframe.

    

6. Go back to the 1^st frame and select the object, reduce its size to approximately 25% using the Free Transform tool.

    

7. Go to the 20^th frame and select the object. From the color panel of the Properties Window reduce its Alpha value to 30%.

    

8. Click frame 1 and select CreateMotionTween.

    

9. Save and TestMovie.
